Clemmie

Clemmie is our youngest girl, a rich dark gold with a fine, feminine head and the sweetest expression in the house. She is out of Sally, June's sister, by the same Kentucky sire as Ridge, and she moves like him: light on her feet and quick to turn. She is the smartest dog in the house and she knows it. She opens the lever handle on the mudroom door, and she learned the word creek so fast we now have to spell it. She finished her clearances at two and had her first litter this February, eight puppies, whelped without any help from us. We paired her with Boone to put his substance and calm onto her athleticism, and the puppies came out right in the middle. We plan to repeat it in 2027.
